By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using sshDCommander, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
sshDCommander is a closed-source SSH session management CLI tool, distributed as compiled binaries via PyPI. The software requires a valid license key for operation beyond the trial period.
Each purchase generates one license key bound to the email address used at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential. License keys are non-transferable. A 5-day free trial is available before purchase.
All prices are listed in EUR, excluding VAT. VAT is added automatically at checkout based on your location, using Stripe Tax. B2B customers with a valid EU VAT number: reverse charge mechanism applies (0% VAT). Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc.
Licenses are sold on an annual subscription basis with automatic renewal via Stripe. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time via the Stripe customer portal or by contacting [email protected].

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent the license validation mechanism. You may not share, redistribute, or resell the software or your license key.
sshDCommander is the exclusive intellectual property of Veniatis. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. sshDCommander is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
